About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Medical Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across Hyderabad. The role involves developing strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals to achieve sales targets and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals and institutions to explain product benefits and usage.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Plan and execute territory sales strategies to achieve targets.

Organize and participate in medical conferences and promotional events.

Maintain detailed records of all visits, sales, and marketing activities through CRM tools.

Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards while promoting products.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for effective territory management.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: 0–3 years in pharmaceutical sales or a similar field. Freshers are welcome if highly motivated.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and effectively explain scientific and medical information.

Target-driven with a passion for sales.

Good territory knowledge (Hyderabad and surrounding areas preferred).

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, CRM tools).
